'Me Time' Session

Service Description
Treat yourself or a loved one to your/ their own private meditative / creative session at Healing heARTs Studio, inside the Cannon Mall. Artist/ Labyrinth meditation facilitator/ Studio Owner Donna Lindeen Harrington will take good care of you in a 90 min. long session starting with a guided 'Beauty in Letting Go' leaf labyrinth mediation, followed by a brass sing bowls cleanse, rounding out the session by tapping into the colors you feel inside that want to came out and creating your/their very own, unique mono print to bring to take home. Sparkling water will be provided but you may bring your own water if you wish. Dress comfortably and come ready to be pampered, to relax and to be free to explore your inner creativity.
