Frustrated with the state of the world?

Service Description

It is healthier to let out your frustration and rage in a safe space using paint and a canvas or gelli plate (for mono printing) rather than let it fester inside you. I offer 'Rage Painting' sessions to the people of my state who are exhausted, sad, feeling grief, feeling hopelessness, and anger due to all the injustices that are happening in our communities around Minnesota. This offering is a creative outlet for you to turn your feelings and emotions into something you can see. What you do with your artwork is up to you. Come to Healing heARTs studio for an 1 1/2 hour session and leave feeling better than when you came. This is a privately funded art studio so I need to charge a fee to cover the art supplies, and for the studio time (I pay rent out of my own pocket). What is provided with your session: Paint, brushes, a canvas, papers (if you want to mono print), an art easel is available if you prefer, or a large 6 foot table work surface, and a comfortable chair inside a quite, safe space with a door are all here for you. *If you are willing to buy a session that I can make available to someone who may not be able to afford one, please check out the listing in The Gifts of Heart products section for 'Donate a session.'
